Senior Arthritis Will Cause Restricted Range Of Motion.

Trying to manage senior arthritis can be a tough job.

It could be joint pain, joint stiffness, restricted mobility, pain and stiffness or all of them.

You may need to seek a rheumatologist or orthopedic surgeon.

You can also find pain relievers in you local grocery stores specifically for this type of pain BUT check with your family physician first.

Physical therapy might be an option that you can check into your doctor. A therapists can teach many knew ways to use the joints and how to manage everyday tasks.
